Lasagna is a variety of pasta composed of broad, flat sheets; it is potentially one of the oldest varieties. Some people like vegetables they prefer making them with vegetables I am one of those people who like vegetables a lot so I prepare it using vegetables and it’s healthy and delicious at the same time. Even I saw people eating lentil lasagna so it’s all up to you. Even while restaurants serve every kind of lasagna there is, nothing beats clean, freshly made meals made at home. I enjoy cooking it at home with my preferred ingredients because of this.  I used their lasagna sheets you can use your favorite brands. Obtaining each of these ingredients from the grocery store in your area is an absolute breeze. Thus, let’s begin by assembling the necessary constituents.

• ¼ cup of melted butter or oil
• 3 cups of milk
• Salt according to your taste
• ⅓ cup of flour
• ½ cup of finely chopped carrots
• ½ cup of finely chopped spinach
• 1 capsicum(chopped)
• 2 small-sized onions
• ½ cup of broccoli
• 1 egg
• 1 cup of mozzarella cheese
• 1 cup of cheese
• ½ cup of parmesan cheese
• 2 cloves of garlic(minced)
• Nutmeg
• Sauses( optional)
• 1 cup of bread crumbs
• Chilli flakes(optional)

An amazing Fact about this recipe is everything is cooked by baking means we just need to lay the ingredients and put them in the oven and it’ll be ready in a few minutes.
Take lasagna sheets out of the packet and put them in boiled water for 4,5 minutes. When it’s done strain it.
Now heat a pan a little and add butter or oil in it whatever you have. Once the butter melts, add the flour in it and keep stirring. Once the flour and butter have been mixed add milk in it. Remember do not pour all the milk together instead add it in sections slowly. Now add cheese and mix until the sauce has thickened. Once it is done turn off the flame.
Ensure all the vegetables lasagna are washed and fine-chopped of the same size. In another pan, add butter after it melts add your Vegetables in it, and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes. Now add parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic, and egg. Mix everything together and off the flame.
Next, take your baking tray and spread a small amount of the white sauce on the bottom and on top of that a layer of lasagna sheets, then the vegetables, and then some grated mozzarella cheese.

 

 

Repeat the same process.

Sprinkle the butter bread crumbs on the top and some chilli flakes it will give your lasagna spicy and crispy topping.
Put the baking tray in the oven for about 30-35 minutes at 200°C.
Let it rest for 10-20 minutes when baked. After that, it is ready to serve.
