• Beef-6 ounces, thinly slicked.

• Bacon-3 slices.
• Onions-1 chopped.
• Garlic
• Ginger
• Bell paper
• Seasoning(optional)


1. Take a pan and cook the bacon pieces until browned.
2. When browned, Remove the bacon.
3. In the same pan, add butter so it gets melted. After it melts, add beef slices and cook until brown and reddish.
4. Add chopped garlic, ginger and onion and stir them for 3 to 4 minutes.
5. Now Put all these three things we prepared and cook them on a medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes. Add salt and seasoning as your preference. Your beef and bacon stir fry is ready. Enjoy!

Buttered Steak and Eggs



• Beef from the rib section
• Eggs
• Butter
• Salt and pepper


1. Preheat the pan over medium flame.
2. Spread salt and pepper on the beef as you taste.
3. Put beef on medium heat for 6-7 minutes. Make sure you cook as per your desired level.
4. Repeat this process on the other side of the beef.
5. Once it’s done, take out the steak and wait till it gets cool.
6. In another pan take some butter and melt.
8. Add eggs and cook as you prefer, then remove it from the pan.
9. Cut the steak into smaller pieces and serve it with egg prepared.

BBBE Skillet

• four slices of bacon
• 1 pound beef
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• three large eggs
• two tablespoons butter


1. Take a skillet and fry the bacon over medium heat Remove the bacon when cooked. Do not drain its fat.
2. Add beef and salt to skillet with bacon fat. Cook until it becomes brown for about 10 to 15 minutes. Try breaking the meat into small pieces by stirring.
3. Meanwhile, crack the eggs into a small bowl and whisk it well.
4. Crumble the bacon into small pieces.
5. When the beef is browned, add eggs, crumbled bacon and butter to the skillet.
6. Cook over medium flame until eggs are cooked.
7. It’s Ready to serve hot.

1. Take a grill pan and prepare it on medium flame.
2. Take chicken strips and add some salt and pepper to them according to your flavor.
3. Now, Put these chicken strips on the heated pan and cook until it’s done.
4. Now, take a whole grain wrap and fill it with the grilled chicken black beans.
5. Sprinkle cheese on the wrap for a balanced and satisfying meal (optional).

Beef and Bacon skewer

• Beef 6 ounces
• Bacon 6 slices
• one packet of wooden skewers
• Salt
• Pepper
• Onion
• Garlic
• Seasoning is optional.


1. Preheat your grill pan.
2. Put beef and bacon pieces onto wooden skewers.
3. Add salt to your taste and place skewers on the preheated grill.
